This is a static portfolio website. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising networks, or behavioural tracking tools. Certain technically necessary data is processed as described below.

3. Hosting — Host Europe

This website is hosted by Host Europe GmbH, c/o Spaces, Gertrudenstraße 30–36, 50667 Cologne, Germany. When you visit, Host Europe records server log files that may include your IP address, timestamp, requested page, referrer URL, browser and device information, and HTTP status codes.

Purpose: Delivery of the website, security and stability, troubleshooting.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in secure and stable operation.
Retention: Only as long as required for the above purposes (typically a few days).
Data processing agreement: A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with Host Europe. Details: hosteurope.de.

4. Contact via email

If you contact us by email, we process the data in your message (e.g. name, email address, content) solely to handle your enquiry.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR depending on context.
Retention: Deleted once the matter is resolved and no statutory retention applies.

5. Embedded third-party content

This website may embed or link to third-party services such as YouTube (Google Ireland Limited), Vimeo (Vimeo Inc., USA), Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited), and Spotify (Spotify AB, Sweden). Where embedded, your browser connects to the provider's servers and transmits personal data (in particular IP address and device information).
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent via the consent notice) and § 25(1) TDDDG.
Transfers to the USA are based on EU–US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) certification or EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or contacting us.

6. Fonts — locally hosted

This website uses fonts hosted locally on our own server. No connection to external font servers is established when you visit this site.

7. Cookies and local storage

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. A single local storage entry records your consent choice so the notice is not repeated on every visit. This entry contains no personal data and is not shared with third parties.
